Well, you'll have to install NOF on the new computer; do not just copy it
over.
Then go to the laptop and use File; Export; Template, give it a location,
and create a "template" for each project you have.
Move those to the new machine and unzip them into the User Sites area.
You're done unless you've changed versions of NOF; they should all work as
before.
The "template", a zip file includes ALL of the assets, files etc., and
other information to to run the project/s. It's a misnomer of gigantix
proportions, but that's how to move the projects and end up with exactly
what you started with. There may be a few problems if you open them in a
different version of NOF, but that's not from the moving; it's from the
change of versions and a different subject.

You can legally install Fusion on your new computer. Is that your question?
yes. im not going to use the computer anymore. but i want the fusion off of it. so can i just put the product key in on my new computer?
Do a normal installation using your product key.
Then uninstall the program from your old computer.
