I tried several valid email addresses, fusion-essentials@downloads.netobjects.com is on the white list, but I didn't receive the serial number and cancelled the installation.
How can I install and use fusion essentials?

I've tried the same
they've taken hours, it's another 24 hours now, still nothing.
Searching the web I can only find serial numbers for the full product
I want to see how good the essentials is before I buy the full product.
but my only option seems to be to download the full product and used a serial number from the web
they are really slack, not so much as a real person reply to say,
"we've got a problem, we're working on it"
yes, I tried 5 e-mail addresses,
no mistakes,
Still nothing.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of an isolated issue that is preventing a small number of Essentials registrations from being sent out (they are being registered). The best course of action for users experiencing this issue is to submit a ticket to http://support.netobjects.com using the "I need help locating my Serial Number" option. Please indicate in the ticket that you need an Essential's serial number and what email address you used during installation. We will send out serials as soon as possible.
Update [Oct 8 1:15pm EST]: Serial number distribution for NetObjects Fusion Essentials is up and running. If you are still experiencing related issues, please contact our Support team.

seems to be that googlemail accounts are not welcome ;)

I have the same problem too, no serial number either, and have sent an email to support with a ticket and still no email has come through
Try again. Use a different email address.
