"Selected by default" check-box not present (Combo box "Enter Value" dialog)

Hello,

I'm creating a new Forms Combo Box. When adding items to the Combo Box, the
"Enter Value" dialog does not display the "Selected by default" checkbox
that is shown in the User Guide and, therefore, I can see no way to indicate
which value I want displayed on my form by default. It *seems* like a bug,
but perhaps I'm doing something wrong. Any ideas?

Disregard as I found the problem: I was working in the wrong sub-section of
the Forms Combo Box Properties screen.
