People have to switch to compatibility mode in NOF 12 and NOF 13

I built my sites in NOF 12 and I notice people have to switch to compatibility mode in Chrome and IE to view the site properly.

I upgraded to NOF 13 and imported my site as a template and switched to HTML 5 Dynamic and my site is still the same. Trying to rewrite every page and It's just too much.

Please tell me there is a solution.
