form fields ok with IE, not with Firefox

Hi-
I've seen this post elsewhere, but not any resolution which works. I am working on a form which works fine with IE but with Firefox it is necessary to right click the fields in order to enter anything into them.

Think I've got it now....had a screwy invisible button linked to the reset button so that the field formats would clear (not just the text). Got rid of that and it seems to be working.
