Guestbook error code 103

I'm trying to publish a guestbook in NOF 10. Have followed various tutorials
but get error code 103.
Is there a list of NOF error codes?

Yes, in the program help files.

I don't see an Error Code 103 though.

jimmyegypt is the name of the suite i created. Can anyone help with this
problem?
