Updating to Windows 10

I am using NOF 7 and recently had to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 only to find that I can no longer update my site. What do I need to do? I see that I can update to the latest version of NOF, but when I see the instructions, it appears to be very complicated. My website is over 500 pages. I don't need a new nightmare. So I thought, first, I just want to get it working in Windows 10 so I can at least update my advertisers. My real concern over a complicated upgrade is that, while I had the wherewithal to create and update the site in 2001 when it began, in 2006, I had a traumatic brain injury and that ability diminished. So if it is very complicated, I cannot do it.

Upgrade to Windows 10 first. Do a clean install. Then upgrade NOF to its latest version.
