Drop-down navigation bar issues

I would like to create a simple navigation bar similar to the one on this site.. http://capeenv.com/ I use NOF 11 and not sure if I can create it within the program or if I need to purchase a template. I do have NOF templates - Vol 3 already. I just don't know where to start and hoping someone can point me in the right direction soon. I know it should be pretty simple to create. You can use the built-in Fusion navbar to do this. Set to custom and add your pages as you wish.
