Assets changing?

Hello guys,

Working on a new website here, there's times the old one I made did this too, but there's times I'm working, and working, and local publishing, then all of sudden various images get their names mixed up and I have weird rollovers and headers all switched and stretched around. Sometime hitting the revert to original image works but the file names are still changed, and I have to go back into my photo editing software (which I use corel) and re export various images? Why is NOF changing my assets around? Thanks

this is typical if you let Nof optimize gif, jpg and png (the default and incorrect setting of Nof)

when installing Nof or any update, first thing I do is set gif, jpg and png to not optimized

yes it will

but I recommend clearing the Local Publish folder after you make the change, then do a full local publish and upload the contents with your ftp software of choice
