Adding a slideshow

I tried using Flash Gallery by Reality Software to add a slideshow to my website and couldn't get it to work because it I don't have a flash player installed. Will a flash player work with NOF? I have no idea how to 'instal' one.

My questions no doubt illustrate my ignorance so thanks for your patience ;)

A flash player is only that: 'a player'. NOF does not require a flash player and will work with or without it installed. If you use a flash 'plugin' or other elements (such as a flash banner) in NOF, you will need a 'player' to view the use of such things.
