NOF 11 Forms Handler problem

I have intstallated NOF 11 on Windows 7 platform, and I have a problem when I try to open Forms Handler from NOF Custom Components menu. After I make rectangle with "X" shape on my Layout region, nothing happend.
When I click and drag on the page to define the area where the form will be located, this should opens the NOF Forms Handler dialog box, but dialog box simple can not be opened.

Mabye anyone can help?

You need to set versions prior to version 12 to run with admin privileges under windows 7 and vista. See this for details: http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=4037

Many thanks! Now it works! I have changed JAVA settings in NOF tools menu as well and now it works.
