You should be able to log into the download site using the url in your email with the serial no?
If the update is not applied, and you last saved the site in Fusion 11 (with upgrade 1 applied) then it won't open. So apply the upgrade 1st. It would be useful to know the error that you are seeing...

Do you mean you imported from the Web? or you made a template in V11 and build a new site from that in V12?
The latter should work without problems. The former will be potentially problematic,...
