Mike, I've done all you suggested - NF 12.0 is creating the index.html file under the autogen directory...? Not sure how this has happened?

My publish settings for my site change almost everytime I go to publish and need to upload to server.
I want to publish - html> assets> images> autogen ...NF 12.0 adds different folder/file...

NetfusionObjects 12.0 is suddenly saving my website with a different folder/file structure - how do I get it to save it html, assests, images, autogen?
