Melody,
An FTP program is pretty much like running Windows Explorer. You see a folder from your PC in one window and a folder from the server. All you have to do is drag and drop. The only hard part is setting up the connection but you have already done that in NOF so it should be very easy for you.

Barbara, thank you - you were right. My daughter had done this part of my site, so I was at a bit of a loss when you brought it up - for some reason, I couldn't work out how to make changes to it. But I looked at it again and discovered how to use it, and it worked. Thanks so much. Now I can keep working on it.
