    Question Submit Problem on Forms

Suddenly there is a problem submitting forms. Everything appears normal in filling out the form and clicking the SUBMIT button, but the email that is sent does not arrive. This has always worked before.

I see that the XML file for the button refers has a line:
<nof:formInfo xmlns:nof="http://www.netobjects.com/fusion/forminfo" version="1">. Is it correct to assume that I need thsi form? I can't find it on the web.

    Question Scripts

I upload the site within the program "Sending Files to Server." Looking on the server however, I did not see the scripts folder there, so I uploaded it directly but that did not help.

    Carlw,

OK .. can you go into Site View and select the page in question and export it as a template. Post the template file here and then we can download it and see what the problem may be.

    Carl,

Just had a quick look and the problem could simply be how one of your fields are named. You have "City,State,Zip" as a field name and I seem to remember that commas aren't allowed. Change that to read "Area" (no quotes) and see what happens.

Incidentally, you don't appear to have any labels attached to the fields? This will mean that the resulting email you are sent will just dump all the field values in an email. If you change the text you have used (e.g. "Name") for text labels, still using the same text like this "Name : ", the emails will come back to you formatted to show something like...

    Name : Fred Flintstone
    Address : Bedrock
Area : Las Vegas, Nevada, 123456

whereas at the moment you'll get...

    Fred Flintstone
    Bedrock
    Las Vegas, Nevada, 123456
