Submit Problem on Forms

Suddenly there is a problem submitting forms. Everything appears normal in filling out the form and clicking the SUBMIT button, but the email that is sent does not arrive. This has always worked before.

I see that the XML file for the button refers has a line:
<nof:formInfo xmlns:nof="http://www.netobjects.com/fusion/forminfo" version="1">. Is it correct to assume that I need thsi form? I can't find it on the web.
