    Will the same approach work for Net Objects 10?

    Yes.... but 10 isn't as Vista/Win7 compatible as 11. You can't for example, use an external JRE that works well with Windows Aero like you can with 11.

    And you'll get an account control warning popup when you start 10.

    Chuck - Thanks for the quick response. If I ever figure out what a JRE is and decide to use one, I'll get that upgrade! :-0 Right now, my needs are very simple, so I'm thinking I'll try to make 10 last a while longer.

    With the version 11 upgrade running under $55 now is the perfect time to make the move. Once the half price sale goes off it goes back to $110 for an upgrade

    JRE = Java Runtime Environment

    If you use Windows Vista or 7 Aero desktop and open Fusion 10, it'll revert to Windows Basic until you close Fusion 10.

    It limits the colors displayed in the Fusion interface.

    Not the end of the world and the program does function.

    Just not as well as on XP.

    I know you're both right. But, I didn't know about the sale. So, I just purchased the upgrade.

    Unfortunately, when I purchased my new PC, I didn't budget for all the programs I'd have to upgrade because I'm purchasing a system that I think will have the longest useful life. So, I'm just gonna have to bite the bullet and put up with some short-term pain! Thanks for your help.
