The rotating photo centers in Mozilla but in IE it's to the right and the
table width is all wrong. Anyone know how to set the width of the column
there and make sure it centers in IE also?

Try setting the table width to Auto and move the left hand column for the right hand box to the left a little.
Yeah I have tried that.

In IE, your right-hand cell is collapsing a little bit, allowing the left cell to become too big. Put a placeholder... like an empty text box or layout region... in the right-hand cell to keep it from collapsing.

Okay thanks!
I was in a table though so I had to draw a rectangle in the cells and
stretch it to the width I wanted the cells to be. Then I just made it the
same color as the cell background colors.

Okay I have no idea why this is just not working for me no matter what I try
to do.
I'm wondering if NOF 11 is just unusable anymore?
Here's my screen shot of my page:
http://www.dolphinshuttle.com/temp/screenshot3.jpg
Notice how the text in the yellow box is centered. In IE 8, it shows up
wrong.
Notice how the text in the very bottom is white and centered. It shows up
in all the browsers I've tried as black and uncentered.
What happened to WYSIWYG?
Anyone have an editor I can use that works, I've spent days on this and am
getting nowhere.

I suspect it's a setting or something you imported into the code NOF
generates.
How did you create the centering? Please be as literal as you can. e.g at
(place in my site), clicked here, clicked that, pressed Return, etc..
In a properties palette, did you choose to "center site..."? Meaning center
everything in the viewable area onscreen, which is differen than centering
say a picture or text. Or did you center it some other way?
Your NOF pic:
If you close ALL the right-side windows, does your page become more
centered? Or does it stay set to the left? F3 is a toggle to bring the right
properties back or close them if they're on.
BTW, Preview (to the right of Design at the bottom) will give you a
better representation of what the site will look like.
What browser did you set for NOF to use for Preview? If it's IE and it
looks OK, then it should (famous last words) look OK online, too. You ARE
talking about a published page, right?
The questions are mostly to dig for more detail about your situation.

Between IE and also between any two browsers, in fact. Usually minimal,
occasionally detrimental. But IE and FF still cover nearly everything.
