Default Analyzing Net Objects current Home Page design

Question: how was the current Net Objects Fusion current Home Page layed
    out?

It looks to like it is made up of 4 separate layout regions that each have
their own unique background image that expands out to cover the entire
    layout region.

Every else is menu's, graphics, and text boxes

Can someone analyze and confirm how the page was layed out?

I like the design and want to be able to mimic it in certain ways.

    Thank you,
    Joey Jay

    It's an illusion.

    You're partly right.

The page has the grey color at the bottom as the background color. Then it has a single background image at the top that repeats horizonally only.

The top area of the page from the menus up is probably in a master border.

The layout areas in the center have their own background images, but they don't repeat the full page width. That isn't possible.

I don't like the design at all. The columns are not aligned exactly.
Looks horrible in older Firefox versions and still not right in IE 8 and
    Chrome.

Very unprofessional for a webdesign company.

Furthermore, the website lacks the "About us" section.
