Banner text problem

For some reason I can't change the color or type of font in the. NOF support states the following:
On the Graphic tab, click the banner or button state you want to edit.
The Properties panel appears for the banner or selected button state.
Select the font face, size, and style for the text.
For some reason I don't see the option to change the font. I tried reinstalling but with the same results. The style property read only is unchecked. When I select the Banner in the Graphic tab I get a CSS Property sheet on the right side but can't do a thing with it. Everything is greyed-out. Any help or solutions please?

If you are using windows 7 or vista you must set fusion.exe to run with admin privileges. See this for more details: http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=4037
