Qs on upgrade from 10 to 12

If I upgrade to 12, will all my sites in 10 automatically transfer? Or will I have to mess with exporting and importing templates? The goal is less work not more . Also, does 12 work well with Vista? And if I upgrade computer soon as planned, what will be involved with that transfer? Thanks!

All site project transfers should be done using export/import.

Fusion 12 works well with Vista.

A new computer will require a clean install of Fusion and importing templates.
