need to download or order another NO 10 after crash

I tried the FAQ but it came up "0". I tried to find a number where I could call NO, but (pun intended) NO NO on the phone. Strange days, these.
My system crashed, I need to reload the software. It is my sincere hope that I am simply not seeing the obvious...
WHERE do I re-download? How do I place an order for a new disc? I registered the product and am in the system.

If you purchased a download it was done through asknet. You can go to their customer service and fill a request for another copy. I don't know if they charge for this or not.

You should back up all downloaded software to CD before you install it then do the install from the CD to make sure you have a good copy on your backup CD. take a marker and write the SN/key on the CD along with the name of the software. Do this for EVERY piece of software you download (even free ones) and you will not get stuck like this in the future.

Thanks for your quick response. I actually did have a disk...but cannot locate it. I am clearly in the system having registered it.
Your advice regarding prevention through preparation is well received and duly noted. My hope now is that this version is still somewhere to be downloaded, or an "upgrade" is at a reasonable cost. It is truly not good when a system crash costs more than a new computer and one is confronted with paying for something already purchased.
BTW...the crash was caused by a faulty itunes update. It deleted all my XP boot files. Thats what I get for purchasing an iphone, eh?

If you have your registration details, without which it will not install, I
have a copy of the install file that was supplied by ComputerActive
magazine. Coincidentally I have just put it on a file transfer server for
