Form area setup

I setup a form, but when I hit the submit button it displays a page where it says error 404- not found. How do I fix that?

Go into the form's Control Panel and you'll find a spot where you indicate where the user should be taken upon a successful form submission.

Standard protocol for me is to create a special non-navigable page called Message_Success (or some such) as the target. Doing so, reassures the user that their submission will get to where it's supposed to go. Ensuring that happens is a whole 'nuther setting in that same Control Panel.
