    Arrow Bought XII, but can't find how to download it.

    I can't seem to find how to download my purchase of XII.
    Download page I get does not include XII.

    All help appreciated.

    You must have a login on the e-mail you received. A username (your e-mail) and a password.
    When you go to https://shops.netobjects.com/cgi-bin/shop?mode=info (My Account section) you must see the product you just bought, and a Download link.
    Can you confirm that?
