Help!!

I made changes to one of my clients' sites (http://www.mcaeoc.com), and uploaded the site through the Publish Site area. The homepage is not displaying, but the other pages are: (http://www.mcaeoc.com/html/about.html). Can someone give me advice as to what may be causing this home page not to display?

Additional Information: I also found that when I made the changes, I of course previewed the site/ using the Preview button, and by locally publishing the site: I had no issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
