robot text dont work y is this?

i put robot text " <meta name="robots"' content="noindex"> " on my page so it doesnt read some pages and it still reads them. how to i fix that?

this meta tag is typically 2 part content and follow but it "should" work with only half declared.

Try a noindex nofollow and see if that works
