Right back where it always was. In Site View, click the Custom Names button in the Properties Palette and then make your selection.

This gives further hope to continue since I see MS SQL is supported.
I am a MS shop and HAVE convinced management that I can reduce contractor support by $1.5MIL by doing our web site myself, since our current hosting prevents any DBMS backend, so we have to constantly send Excel files to contractors who run through some long drawn out process to update views. My method will take advantage of Cloud-Offering with DBMS surpassing current site with LIVE capability.
