NOF12 not giving Text Field an Object ID

Hi

NOF 12 isn't adding the Object ID to text areas. I am trying to change the value of the text area using javascript and need the ID to to be able to set the contents in my code.

Can any one help with a work round.

solved it my self by puting <div's> around each element myself

It works for me.

Are you using the form tools, formhandler component, form submit handler?

A URL and explanation of what you are trying to do, what you have done, and what is not working for you would go a long way to helping you resolve your issue.

I tried it, putting <div> and </div> around it in the object htmml but I don't get any objectID added.

Can you post yuor html code as I think I do something wrong
