Default Fusion 12 crashes when adding an e commerce site and just after importing

I add the e commerce and give it a name. I import the data into the screen, change my settings then click done. It opens my items and then "crashes". Prior to closing the program, I copied the details shown below:

    ----- 2/19/2011 -------
Well, I continue to attempt to add an e commerce site and the error is intermittent. When adding a new site or trying to update an exisiting one, I get the error messages, (see below). In some cases I get a message window stating it can't find needed resource. After that the "app crash" window appears two times as viewed below. I click on Try to locate a fix and close, then it appears again. I placed a help ticket with support and waiting on their response. I have tried changing the app. using JRE 1.6, changing my catolog design in the configure screen, running as administrator, removing all special charaters from the imort csv file. I tried a differen catalog with a different csv file and it worked no issues. Next one I tried, it crashed with the same errors again. Editing this post in hopes that someone might know the issue and how to resolve it.

Have you installed and are you telling Fusion to use Java JRE 1.6.x?

No. I forgot about that when I was using nof 11. Thank you so very much. I am going to do that now and try it again. Thank you again.

Does it still happen when you start a new blank site and place the component on the single page?

What version of IE do you have installed (ie8, ie9)?

Yes, when I started with a blank site it still crashes with the same error messages.

    Windows 7 pro 64

    Internet explorer 8.0.7600 (IE 8)

Something else I noticed, is sites I made in NOF 11 and saved a copy in NOF 12, when I open a page with a catalog, as I scroll down the catalog, it freezes and then crashes with the same error messages.
