The folder you are uploading to does not have write permissions. Use your hosting control panel or a 3rd party FTP program and set that folder to have write permissions.
If you have difficulty doing this, contact your web host and ask them to set the folder where you are uploading to have write permissions.

Option does not appear to be definable so how do we know where its trying to upload too ?
There's nothing as far as I can see in the instructions on how to use the actual tool ?
