Where is the "New Connection" window????

I am trying to connect to mysql on an Earthlink hosted website. I need to add additional parameters to the connection. Using help and the users guide, I see this New Connection window that creates a custom connection to Mysql. I can't seem to find that window or the New Connection - Advanced dialog box. Anyone able to tell me where to find it?

From the Page View you can select View > More Panels > Data Sources. From this new panel click the "New Connector..." button.
