Hi Chuck
It is no longer on the Home page where the change in quotes worked. I put the include on the Properties page and it doesn't work.
The Test page has the iFrame which has always worked.

<?php include ('../search_.php'); ?> should work, assuming you have the script search_.php in the root directory (where your index page is)
I generally make an includes directory where I place scripts inside the html directory. But you can put them anywhere.
If you're only using the script on the Properties page, you can just put it in the html directory with the properties.php page.

Thanks Chuck.
I'll take your advice and maybe look at where I put the scripts.
Strange thing is all of this worked a few years back on another site even with the double quotes.
I'll mess around with it tomorrow.
Many thanks
