Default Yet another Forms Handler component issue - unbelievable

I have a "Contact" page that uses a simple Form Handler component. I have gone to the Publish view and checked the NOF Forms Handler component. Why am I still getting the error below when I load the Contact page?

FormsHandler components are not published. Please check your publish settings in Fusion and republish the site.

    "; } else { echo "

I finally figured this one out. The problem was because when you do a local publish in NOF, it launches the browser with the address bar starting with "file:///" and the path to your site start page. I instead needed to use "http://localhost/nof/" which is where I had web root in apache on my localhost.
