How to have a popup modal dialog box

I have a text link called "Start Search". This text is link to an external website. I would like it so when the user clicks a modal dialog box pops up with a legal message, then when they click the OK button in the dialog box they are taken to the external website page.

It appears NetObjects Fusion is weak in this area. Any suggestions?

You can do this with Likno's Web Modal Windows Builder.

I believe you can also do this with Highslide, which is free for non-commercial use and otherwise about the same price as Likno's product. But if you use other Likno products you may wish to stay with Likno.
