Trying to understand grammar in NOF 12

When I type using my keyboard or copy paste from WORD into NOF 12 , I get error messages for all " apostrophe ' " and for "commas , "

never had this problem with earlier versions, just wondering .

You should not copy/paste from word.

I understand with copy paste, I was just using that as an example, the problem is when I type directly into NetObjects 12 with the keyboard I get the same error messages, which I should not be getting. Because if the keyboard was messed up I would be getting error mesages when I type here, or in word or anywhere else.
