Your support process is ridiculous
I followed your support process and was given the opportunity to submit a request, which I took some time to thing througn and type out. Then I received an email that says you don't support those requests, and I must submit here. Let's just start off with "that's nuts". If you are going to blow me off, at least have the courtesy to do so before I go through a lot of trouble.
Having trouble maintaining my composure and professionalism.

Re: Your support process is ridiculous
I trust you realise that, generally, this site is frequented by non-paid NOF
users who try to help one another by sharing their knowledge and experience
with each other. Nobody here gets paid. We do it because we want to not
because we get paid to.
The "YOU" that you refer to < received an email that says you don't support
those requests, > doesn't get here very often.
Instead of sounding off and venting your spleen in this newsgroup, it would
be better if you started again and posted the content of your original
request, explaining that you've been referred here and then seeing if any of
the volunteers in the newsgroups have any advice that may sort out your
problems.
Apart from that, I doubt that anybody here has the faintest idea what you're
talking about as we don't have access to requests posted to NOF Support.
As for <If you are going to blow me off, at least have the courtesy to do so
before I go through a lot of trouble.> Well - certainly not my particular
bag unless you're an attractive young lady.
