drop down fields in forms

I have two drop down menus in a form: age and location. I have filled out the form but neith age nor location show up in the email, and pressing send does not give me a field left blank.

When I am putting in the list for the drp down should I click on "select" on each item to make it work?

Without a link to the page to see the code I would have to guess that you have a space in the name of those fields. If you have a space that is your problem. If you don't have a space you will need to post a link because I am all out of guesses.
