Default ActiveX pop up in preview site

Hello, new to Netobjects and like it so far. When I do a preview site, I always get the pop up window with the "To help protect your security, Internet Explore has restricted this webpage from running scripts or Active X controls that could access your computer. Click here for options...." My question is, why is this doing this? And once I publish the webpage to the net, would viewers to my site see the same warnings? It happens on all the pages and is annoying.

Thanks in advance for your help to this rookie.

This is a setting adjustment you need to make on your browser from the menu choice..... Tools > Internet Options > (see the attached palette for the rest)
