It's unbelievable it's taking so long!

The overall layout of the program and documentation are the best.

IMHO, the documentation SUCKS. It is written in ugly Engrish (sic), with many grammatical and spelling errors, poor organization, and is missing key fundamental concept explanations. There is sparse linkage between concepts (ie, hyperlinks), and many operations are glossed over.

Just received this email moments ago. Over 300 enhancements!

Having purchased V12 some months ago I was all excited the fixes were in. In my over exhuberant optimism I clicked the little blue forward button only to discover I blindly read "Upgrade" as "Update".

Still only selling beta version. They don't seem to know they already have my money on that one.
