    Question Help hard drive failure

    > I have built my websites in netfusion 7. Using filezilla to upload them. Unfortunately my hard drive has been wiped by a virus, and I\'ve lost my netfusion7 program, in which my websites were originally built. However the ftp manager in my netfirms login is completely up to date with the latest info and therefore the live website still is. However I\'ve lost my most up to date .nod files.
    >
    > - Is there anyway I can convert the up to date files in the ftp manager back to an .nod file. (Doubt it, but if you don\'t ask...)

    > - My new computer is coming next week. It\'s running windows 7. Is netfusion 7 compatible and if so where can I get another version of it from as well as filezilla.

Update them all to the present up to date live website and then reupload through filezilla, to enable me to have full access to changes etc through netfusion.

    > - Finally I have another website yoursaddle.ca which again I built on netfusion7.The website is live and up to date. However same problem, I don\'t have the original .nod file. Plus didn\'t back it up so also don\'t have an older version.

Do you have exported templates or just copies of your data files (?????.nod) ?

If just the data files you may be able to copy them to the user sites folder in you new install of 7 and then relink all of the missing assets (trust me there will be a LOT of missing assets as your new computer will not be set up like your old one was). Here is a tutorial on how you can get your assets linked back http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=357

Without template backups you will have a lot of clean up work to do.

When you have your sites back together follow the info in these tutorials so that you do not have this same problem again
