Has anyone used 000webhost.com?

Currently I host all my sites with Hostgator, I find their rates OK and their support A1. A new client has just pointed out the free hosting at http://www.000webhost.com/

I've told him the free hosting is no good for our project as we need perl and CGI scripting, but I thought it may be good for mini sites, and we are going to do 20 or so mini sites instead of spending $$ on adwords.

So, any one used them? Comments?

You got that right, I don't want to go onto a free hosting when your site is live with real visitors. There are just tons of issues with it.
