NOF 12 doesn't launch

Today I wanted to launch NOF 12 which initialy worked. I noticed that an update was offeren and descided to install it. The update crashed and needed to be closed manually.
After that I wanted launch NOF 12 again. While the process Fusion.exe *32 in in the list of processes, the application window doesn't appear. I cann launch multiple processes of Fusion.exe but none of them will show the application screen.

What am I doing wrong and how can I resolve this problem?
