AWM Menus and Flash missing in IE9

After publishing a site that's looked the right way for years, now in IE9 the Flash I have on the home page and all the AWM menus disappear, but in Firefox it looks fine. I've compiled with the very latest AWM as well and done a full publish, as well as clear my IE cache but to no avail.

Anyone else had major problems with IE9 like this?

Carl,

If you turn on debugging in IE9, it gives an error saying 'awmCreateCSS is undefined'. It seems like an issue in the related Javascript where something is not being initialized properly.
