How do I add space after a nav bar in the bottom of a masterborder?

The title pretty much says it all.

Look at the above URL. Note when you scroll to the bottom of the page that the text nav bar butts right up against the bottom of the browser window. I tried dragging the bottom of the masterborder lower but it doesn't help.

How do I add extra space after the text nav bar on this page?

Place something empty below the text navbar, such as a layout region or text box.
