Deleted Banner Field, can I recreate it?

I've managed to delete the Banner field in my MasterBorder section - and cannot see anyway to recreate it. Is there a way?

The immediate thing to do would have been to use Ctrl+z to undo the deletion.

If it's too late for that, reinsert using the Banner tool. It's a flyout from the Button Navigation Bar tool.

I did not recognize it was a problem until too late for the Ctrl+Z option.
I kept checking against a good back-up to see why I could the Banner Properties in it, but not the current version.
I could not find the Banner Tool (flyout) from the Button Nav Bar Tool ....
but I have just figured it out after assuming you knew what you were talking about!
I had not held the double click long enough to activate the flyout.
