Default Dead computer - stranded NOF

My computer was badly hit by a virus and I was ready to buy a new one anyway. I do not have a backup cd for NOF. Is it possible to download it again, or is it a losss? Do I have any alternative other than to upgrade to 12?

Also, about Essentials - I have a few websites I did for other people in 10, that I would like to turn over to them to do minor edits. Can the sites be opened in Essentials? Do I have to tell these people they need to buy the full version of 12 just to do some little edits themselves?

If you have a USB toaster (drive dock) you can put your infected drive in that and get a copy of your install program back. Outside of that, you would need to contact the company that handled the electronic sale of the product (I assume you purchased online and did not make a backup of your purchase). The company that distributed all electronic sales was Ask.net If you have a copy of your receipt you might be able to get another download through them.

Nope.... Fusion is not backward compatible. Essentials is Fusion 7.5. If the sites were done in Fusion 10, then Fusion 10, 11, or 12 would be the only versions that could open the site project.

    Hi Alfy,

I searched for your registered email address (via the forums) for an order or a case via our support center. I was unable to find anything. If you would like to PM me with your order details or the email addressed you used to purchase, we'll see what we can do.

    Hi Mike,

I've tried the USB Toaster option before but had difficulty and returned the
unit to Best Buy. Don't remember the make & model. Do you have one that
    you would recommend ?

    Thx,
