    Default NetObjects Fusion XII Update #1

    Update #1 for NetObjects Fusion XII is available for download at http://netobjects.com/html/12_5065.html

    • Introduced matte color, useful for semitransparent images (e.g. GIF, PNG), and available from page view (Picture properties) and style view (Image Banner properties, Button properties).
    • Added support for quirks mode in HTML options.
    • Allow editing of CSS properties for MasterBorder and default layout. Changes effect <BODY>.
    • Optimized Backup Manager connections.
    • XHTML generation forces HTML Options case to lowercase.
    • Fixed processing of fully transparent images with overlaid text. Transparent GIFs created in earlier software rendered with black background.
    • Fixed issue with z-Index of fly-outs where buttons were not visible if layout region was present.
    • Fixed crash related to resource leak.
    • Fixed Flash issue with IE 9.
    • Plugged more memory leaks.
    • Fixed publish of form button image.
    • Fixed issues with HTML code editor.
    • Fixed publish issue where jQuery missing.
    • Fixed issue where imported forms were losing actions.
    • Fixed issue where spacer GIF was not being generated for eComm component.
    • Adding animated GIF turns off optimization.
    • Fixed various Wizard designs.
    • Fixed Spell Checker flagging trailing punctuation as misspelled.
    • Fixed validation errors using XHTML layouts and images.


    This update directly addresses many of the suggestions and issues brought up on these forums. NetObjects has one of the best user communities out there. We appreciate all of the suggestions, questions, and input provided by this forum’s members. It goes a long way in contributing to the mutual success of the users and NetObjects Fusion.
