    Question Unable to install

I downloaded the free "Essentials" exe file and have attempted to install NOF a half dozen times. Windows 7. I get the message to leave the dialog box open, but two hours later, it's still open. I've attempted disengaging from the internet, and also turned off antivirus. Can't make it work.
    Any suggestions?

If you are trying to install the full NOF 12 as an Update Version, using
Essentials as what previous version you had on the system, it won't work.

NOF 12 Update version looks for a previous NOF version key /
installation, not a previous Essentials install.

At least that is what has occurred in the NOF users that we support or
    consult to.

    Did you succeed?

Have tried everything even "change to accounts" in control panel recommendation.

    Getting desperate.
