Default Form captcha image not showing, just red 'x'...

Captcha (in form handler 2) works fine on my website's server but NOT on my
client's (their own server for various reasons). We can take the exact same
set of files and upload them and the image will not show on their site. We
have checked file and folder permissions for the script folder and contents
and all seems to be in order. The rest of the form seems fine, but we
cannot test it because we cannot see the captcha image.

I see from searching the forums that a few others have run into this. Did
anyone solve it? I am stuck for something to suggest to my client, besides
    just withdrawing the functionality.

    Thanks,

    Sean

They probably don't have the required graphics library installed on their
    server.

I haven't looked at the captcha script from the form handler, but it
    probably uses the GD library.

That isn't necessarily installed with PHP by default.

That is what they found out. They needed GD for PHP. They should put this
up on the online tutorial pages - it would help me when I get those 3am
phone calls to fix things that are out of my control when a client uses
    their own server.

Default GD Version supported by NetObjects 11

I have the issue of CAPTCHA not displaying after creating the Contact Us page with NetObjects 11.. My website is hosted on Netfirms.com and I verified GD library Version 2.0.34 compatible bundled is installed.

Does anyone know if there's a particular version of GD library needed by NetObjects 11 ?
