publishing as "flat"

OK, so I've been using the version 4 since like 1999 (or something like that) and just recently did an upgrade to 12 (how's that for longevity??).

I'm missing something in 12 that I really liked -- publishing flat instead of as a hierarchy. Can I still publish a site flat so all the files are in a single directory? I have a specific need for this and surely there's still an easy way to do it. Am I just blind to how you do it?

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes. That feature is still in the same place. Go to Publish View, then in the menu:
Publish > Arrange Files > by Flat
